By Bus: Are you in Kathmandu? Well, you can take a tourist bus early in the morning at Kantipath, only 500 metres from Thamel. It will take you to Sauraha in about 5 hours. The drive along the Trisuli River and villages gives you a fantastic view of local places. Or if you are in Pokhara, there too, you can catch daily bus to Sauraha early in the morning. You will get Sauraha in about 5 hours.The drive via Mugling and the Narayanghat Highway in the luxury tourist coaches gives daily service. Or you can even take a car for the same root which is even more comfortable. By Raft: Want to add thrill on the way to Sauraha? Well, ithat's good idea. Leave Kathmandu or Pokhara at 7 am. And enjoy breakfast in the bank of the Trishuli River before embarking. During the journey you can enjoy high and low water waves and water surrounding scenery.
